The rooms were extremely small, with no space to move around or store luggage. The lighting in the showers was poor, making it difficult to see.

I had a fantastic experience at Ok Chic! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even carried my heavy bags up the stairs for me, which was a huge help. The location was perfect, and I loved being able to walk around and explore the city center. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hostel for a short stay.

The front desk staff, Poo, was exceptional! He went above and beyond to assist me with my heavy bags and arranged a convenient airport transfer for me. The room was clean and comfortable, providing good value for the money. The location in the Old town was perfect for exploring the beautiful area.

We had an incredible stay at OK CHIC hostel in Phuket. From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. the dorm room was comfortable, with spacious beds and great AC. the owner provided everything we needed, including lockers and charging outlets. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and there was so much to see and do in Phuket. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😄.

The employees had a great time spying on me in the bathroom. Lost a day trip and had to change hostel, but at least the manager refunded me. Beware of their unique showering experience!

The upper floors were clean, and there were enough showers with hot water. I appreciated the amenities like air conditioning, charging points, and provided toiletries, bottled water, and towels. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. There was even a small kitchenette to make drinks.
